The terrific standard of gymnastics at Newton Prep was cartwheeled out for all to see at our Gym Display assembly this morning. Gymnasts from Years 4-7 showed off tumbling skills learned in PE lessons, which they have been practising hard at lunchtimes in a sort of informal Gym Club - even out on the astroturf!
Check out the video below, which showcases the range and breathtaking abilities of our gymnasts. As Miss King said, now it's time for Year 5 to start focusing on next term's Year 5 Gym Display, which involves the whole year. The sky's the limit!
