On Wednesday, Year 3 spent the day at the British Museum. The children were able to visit the many Ancient Egyptian galleries the museum has to offer, and even spent some time completing a sketch of a mummy case for their art projects next half term. The children were immaculately behaved and were true ambassadors for the school. The Year 3 teachers were truly impressed with the knowledge that the children have retained from history lessons and enjoyed discussing the ancient artefacts with them.
