Wraparound Care at Newton Prep offers families flexible childcare from 8.00am to 6.15pm alongside our exceptional co-curricular programme.
Supporting busy families while maintaining the outstanding educational experience that defines Newton Prep has been a key priority for the school over the past year.
Newton Prep has now partnered with Let’s Leap to introduce a new wraparound care provision, giving families greater flexibility after the school day.
Children can be dropped off from 8.00am each morning before enjoying a smooth start to the school day, while after school they can remain until 6.15pm, either attending Let’s Leap directly or joining after one of Newton’s many co-curricular clubs.
The new provision complements, rather than replaces, the school’s extensive programme of over 150 clubs, ensuring pupils continue to enjoy the breadth of opportunities that make Newton Prep distinctive.
Let’s Leap offers a varied programme of activities including sports, arts and crafts, and creative challenges, providing a safe, engaging environment for children of all ages from Nursery to Year 8.
For older pupils, dedicated homework provision is also available, enabling children to complete independent study before taking part in the wider programme of activities.
The partnership also extends beyond term time. Families can continue to enjoy Let’s Leap holiday camps during the school holidays, providing high-quality childcare across much of the year. This runs alongside our other holiday camp providers such as Crackerjacks, Drama and Arts clubs.
Wraparound care reflects Newton Prep’s ongoing commitment to meeting the changing needs of modern families while preserving the academic ambition, exceptional teaching and rich co-curricular opportunities that define life at the school.
