We are delighted to share the results of the Education Choices Magazine Awards, where Newton Prep was recognised across all three categories for which we were nominated:
- Winner – Opportunities in Art and Music
- Special Mention – Working with Local Charities
- Special Mention – Bursary Provision
These awards recognise three areas that sit at the heart of what we are trying to achieve as a school.
Winning the award for Opportunities in Art and Music reflects the incredible experiences our pupils enjoy every day through specialist teaching, performances, productions, concerts, exhibitions and creative opportunities. We firmly believe that creativity should be a central part of every child’s education, and it is wonderful to see this commitment recognised nationally.
Receiving Special Mentions for both Working with Local Charities and Bursary Provision is equally meaningful. These recognitions reflect our commitment to making a positive difference beyond our school gates and ensuring that a Newton education is accessible to talented young people from a wide range of backgrounds.
These achievements are the result of a genuine community effort. Thank you to our exceptional staff, wonderful pupils, supportive parents and dedicated PTA, all of whom play a vital role in making Newton such a special place.
We are incredibly proud of this recognition and grateful to Education Choices Magazine for celebrating the breadth of opportunities, support and community spirit that define life at Newton Prep.
